Fast check-in, great beds, nice TV, small but nice bathroom.
The maid was yelling at the room across the hall at 8:00am for laundry or room service.

Concierge was very helpful with fixing room issues.
Asked for newspaper 4 times during breakfast, all said yes, never brought it.
Very classy and upscale. Check in clerks were very nice and helpful. Restaurant service was poor and overpriced.

No Internet included for price. Room at end of hall. No paper when I woke up. TV did not work well.
This hotel looks big and flashy from the outside, but on the inside it seems outdated. There is no breakfast provided with the stay, and you don't get a newspaper when you wake up; that's not 4 stars! The room was ok - but not 4 stars. Hotel is comfortable, clean and with a friendly staff. If you have a car it is easy to get to shopping, church etc. The entrance is rather nice - but the color scheme on the room floors is quite dull and institution-like. Kind and helpful reception staff.
Decor is weird. Accent pillows and bedspread straight out of the 50s.
This hotel is very large. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are adequate but smallish.

Quiet, friendly staff, clean.
No place to get a cup of coffee during the day. Gift shop closed. No local newspapers.
The breakfast option was really shabby.
